Family Background

OK so I admit I am not that computer savvy, and this is my first time blogging...But my sister Sharon convinced me to start. So this is what we have been up to the last little while.

Steve and I were married back in 2000. We had Byron Jeffery on November 13th of that year(Honeymoon Baby!!!!). Then on the 26th of May 2002 Emily Suyong was born. Then on the 18th of May 2005 Benjamin Steven was born. And then on the 3rd of August 2007 Tyson William was born.

Steve graduated from UVSC in April of 2006. He is the Young Men's President of our ward and loves working with the youth(and he does a great job with them). And yes he still plays basketball at least twice a week.

Byron is in first grade now and this coming December will be baptized (How did I get so old???). He loves all superheroes, transformers, video games, school and all sports. His most favorite things to do are to play games with his dad, or wrestle his dad and brother Ben. He has lots of friends and lots of girlfriends (even though he denies this part.)

Emily is our princess and loves everything pink and princessy. She is in kindergarten this year and loves making new friends and learning to read and write. She loves sports also (as long as the ball or glove is pink) and she loves playing barbies. Her favorite thing to do is go on daddy and mommy dates.

Benjamin is our active child. He is always into everything and wants to do everything his brother and sister do. He loves sports, and is learning to dribble a basketball. His favorite thing to do is to sing, dance, and wrestle. And he wrestles anyone who comes over to our house. He is so strong and so sensitive to his siblings and their feelings.

Tyson is our big little boy. He is a whopping 22 lbs. and 27 1/2 in. at 6 months. He loves to laugh, watch his sibling run around, smile, and most of all he loves being with his Mama. Steve calls him a mama's boy because he whimpers whenever I am in the room, and turns his head to find me if I disappear out of his sight.

I am a stay at home mom and I love it. I stay busy with kids, laundry, trying to keep the house clean, and trying to keep up on everyone's schedule. I am the Stake Young Women's President....and I absolutely love working with the Young Women. They are so awesome and I always feel young when I am around them....but they always remind me that I am turning 30 this year and then I will be an old lady. But I always remind them that in 10-12 years they could be in my exact position and the girls will be able to call them old. I also still play basketball and Steve and I are trying to get into shape and lose weight (Steve has already lost 30 lbs....yea for him).

I can't believe that you have 4 kids. Where did the time go? We ARE getting old. It is so nice to be able to keep up with you. I am adding you to my friends list, is that alright? If you are uncomfortable with that I will not be offended. You may add me if you would like, I have no problems with that.
