Insanity Day 3

OK so I decided to get up before the girls were up and going and workout for day 3 on Insanity...well I made it halfway into the warm up when my calves cramped up so bad I couldn't move so I paused the workout...then I stretched to have the girls wake up...so then I made breakfast for them and continued my workout, and amazingly once the stretching and warm up were done I was better, and could do most of the workout...

The best part of this lifestyle change is to hear my husband say how proud of me he is because he hasn't seen me stick to an exercise plan this intense in our whole marriage...it gives me motivation to keep going because as you all may know Stevie is  my hero and I hope one day to be as good as he is...so to hear his encouragement mean the world to me..

So here is to another day of getting healthy...
