So I have no idea how I lived here in Texas for 18 years of my life and didn't melt away!!! It is crazy how hot it is, and how easy my kids get dehydrated from it. So as much as I love Texas...I know I could never stand the heat!!!
I know, I never said I would stay in Utah...but it is looking a lot better everyday...because it is cooler, and no fire ants!!!! So yes I will always have a special place in my heart for Texas...and yes even a little, very, very, very tiny spot for Gatesville, but I have to say goodbye to the idea that I would ever live down here, and goodbye to my dreams of living in Texas longer than any other state...So now I have to admit Steve was right...Utah is a great place to live...but Steve, "Zion" is still a place in the heart, and not Utah county! (OK maybe for us, cause that is the place in our heart!)
So this is my goodbye message to Texas...and hello to Utah my current, and new home! I will post more of our trip next week when I have more time.
So to all you Texans who still live here...I salute you, and beg you to come and cool off in the mountains of Utah with me!!!! See ya'll later!!

Gosh I would so move back to Utah in a heartbeat except for all of those darn Mormons. There are just too many of them for me. :) Just kidding. We had so much fun seeing you guys! We would love to come visit sometime!
