List of things I have accomplished since yesterday:
- Today's tasks
- Shopping for food and snacks for the trip at crazy insane WalMart (anyone ever been to the Orem Walmart...all I can say is it is a three ring circus)
- Going by Distribution to see if they have the First Presidency picture in for my mom
- Taking the kids to play with friends at the park this morning in 50 degree weather!
- Typing up all 158 shirt sizes for trek...hunting down all 158 shirt sizes for trek...changing almost all 158 shirt sizes for trek because I had got the wrong reports.
- Emailing and answering one million questions (I was only gone for 2 hours, and I received 7 messages and 15 non junk emails....is that normal???)
- Getting set apart as a Ma & Pa
- Taking Byron to our friends house, so that he could do a school project on Byron
- Cleaning out our van and carport
- Taking chairs out of van to make room for our stuff
- Yesterday's stuff:
- Getting an oil change on the van from Jiffy Lube
- cashing in $80 worth of coins from Steve's closet at the bank (We had to go inside of the bank, I think my kids wiped out all their suckers and smarties!)
- Going shopping to make dinner (forgot to buy enough food last week to last us these couple of days before we left)
- Mowing the front and back lawn
- Cleaning the house
- Washing all the millions of clothes in our home
- Baking m&m cookies, rice krispies, and brownies for a party that night
- Weeding flowers and garden
- Typing up all the fliers and posters and signups that need to go out for yw events before I leave
- Having pioneer family over for a party!
- Normal daily tasks
- feeding, changing, dressing, and putting kids to bed, and making all the different lunches and dinners, and breakfasts they wanted.
- Having 4 happy kids and a happy, cute husband who love watching Back to the Future all the time (all three movies in the series (we got them edited...boy I love edited movies)!!!
- Having a happy family who claim every dinner and meal is the best food they have ever tasted...you guys are awesome for eating everything I fix...even if you don't always like it!
And you want to know the best thing......drumroll please.....I did it all with all 4 kids (Ok minus the shopping trip today, Byron was gone) and they all behaved almost perfectly!!!! And I had so many people tell me I was crazy for taking 4 kids under 7 anywhere!!! I have the greatest kids in the world!! They are so awesome!! So thank you Byron, Emily, Benjamin and Tyson for helping me out so much!! I love you guys!! OH and I love Steve for helping me clean and get ready for the trip...you are the best, BABE!!! So hope you guys have a great couple of days while I am gone. I will try and post some pics while I am there...but we will see how well my dad's computer works!! So TEXAS HERE WE COME!!!!!

WOW...you need a vacation before you even go on vacation!!
Adg, I will be in Waco on Sat/14 to Wed/18. I can't wait to see you. I have loved getting to know your family a bit through blogging, but am anxious to meet them formally in person.
Mindi :)
It is always so much work to get ready to go on a trip, especially with kids. I hope you are having a great time.
